Our growing subsidiary BAUER Equipment Maghreb represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the Maghreb countries and is looking for a Service Operations Manager (m/f/x) for its location in Casablanca, Morocco.

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient support
- Oversee the full after-sales cycle: service requests, troubleshooting, interventions and follow-up
- Monitor customer satisfaction, implement continuous improvement actions and manage customer complaints, ensuring quick resolution
- Manage spare parts operations: forecasting,
ordering, stock control and distribution
- Coordinate intervention schedules, preventive
maintenance, and technical audits
- Establish KPIs for service operations and spare parts activities and prepare periodic reports for management
- Support sales teams with technical expertise
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 to10 years of experience in after-sales, service management or technical operations
- Experience with OEMs in earth-moving, drilling or handling machinery preferred
- Fluent Arabic, English and French language skills are mandatory
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and industrial systems
- Customer-focused mindset, strong interpersonal and negotiation as well as technical problem-solving skills
