Our subsidiary BAUER International FZE represents BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Foreman (m/f/x) for its special foundation construction sites in the Emirates, to supervise and coordinate all site activities.

Your tasks:
- Checking and supervising of all steps of the construction process
- Ordering site material and ensuring the appropriate delivery of material on time
- Controlling and managing daily production & QHSE of labour plus of operators in his work area
- Strictly Controlling and entering working hours on time cards on a daily basis
- Carrying out traffic, plant and equipment management in his work area
- Any other duty assigned by the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Your profile:
- High School / Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in a construction industry, special foundation construction preferred
- Proven experience in managing labourers on site and understanding of HSE aspect
- Understanding of basic mathematics and shop drawing
- Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships and work as a team with others
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure
- Ability to read, speak and write English
